 Some people were just ignorant, and that was a mistake. Cyrus was more than fast, he was also very alert, much like his father, and unlike his father, able to sense auras... Even had he not been able to, he could hear the man walking up behind him anyhow. He too, had razor sharp hearing, a genetic trait inherited from his father.

The punch was a dishonorable tactic, but might have hit, had Cyrus not bent forward on instinct, letting the fist fly above his head, then spun stepping backwards as he did, the razor edge of his sword aimed for the still mobile wrist involved in that punch,the intention clear... anyone that took a cheap shot at him like that, was going to regret it.

"ATTACK FROM BEHIND? YOU'RE PATHETIC!" he yelled, though he knew that Emi was there, and upset at him for some reason
