Another man? He must have caused quite the scene, not being able to escape the feeling he was just a complete idiot and brought this all on himself, he felt the need to at least seem kind and answer the question. So then he'd just seem naive, instead of an idiot.

That was the only thing that left his mouth, and the only thing he was planning on saying in the subject, he himself, noticed the same eyes that he possessed. Glancing back down at his weapons, then up at the man. He simply allowed his hands to fall. In a more relaxed position, trying to have his body completely hide, what he felt he wasn't. Relaxed.
