Tryst didn't fight with Zephyr, she knew better. Once she had tried to slip away from the woman with that little 'noncorporeal trick' she knew her brother must be wishing he could do. That had been disastrous. You couldn't run from someone with that much influence in the Weave. It wasn't possible. It would be like trying to run from Dad when you knew you couldn't stay awake forever.

She walked along without struggling, feeling the gentle tugs on her own ear as trinn tried to escape again and again and made Zephyr reach for him. After a few more antics, they were in front of Myuler and listening to another one of Zephyr's rants. As the session concluded, Tryst opened her mouth to begin the usual list of reasons that they ahd not been where they were supposed to be.
