Vell just grinned. It would be amusing to see what might happen if it got physical in the living room, but it wouldn't last long, because the house would eject anyone with even thoughts of harm on anyone.

That's what was so great about the old man's house. Like it or not, confrontations that went too far would ultimately end up being taken outside.
