In reply to: Myuler 's message, "Wonderous" on 12/28/04 11:37:21pm Tue

"Thank you again, Myuler. I don't know what I would do without you." Tyrsis turned and headed for a nearby door, opening it she found a very convenient bedroom that she might have sworn was the kitchen only a few moments earlier. It wouldn't matter, when she attempted to leave the room Myuler's spells would ensure that she did not get lost on her way out.

She slept restlessly, her hair loose on the soft white pillow in a fan about her head and golden eyes shut tight. Occasionally she twitched, muscles responding to events within her dreams. They were not comforting, she saw needless death and a scattering of peoples. And herself amidst the whirlwind with no recollection of how to stop it.

As a general she had caused the whirlwinds, rode through them and turned them to her favor, but never had she settled one back into the earth. It had been the queen's call to settle the storms. Or the High Sword's. Now she was neither and both.

Muscles twitched and she gasped for breath, eyes opening once more to a dark room. Some time between her arrival and her waking, night had fallen on Hogoromo.
