"Stupid people see only what they want to see." Tiani lifted her shoulders as they rounded a corner and began to walk normally, taking a step away from Misty and her supporting shoulder. Her back ached a bit from hunching for so long. "They wanted to be heroes. At least the one did. I don't think the other knew what the hell was going on."

Tiani looked Misty over completely. Ironically, they looked roughly the same age.

"I take it whatever has this place in such a buzz has you just as pissed. When I first saw you it looked like you wanted to eat someone's heart."Forest green eyes took in the contrast between blue wings and red hair. "I'm lucky you're hard to miss in a crowd, or I'd be walking into the palace with an armed escort. As is, I think we can get me in there off of your little lie. Mind walking with hurt little old me to the palace and seeing if we can't get Emi to fix my poor wounded shoulder?" She grinned. "I need to have a word with her."
