"That's what I needed."

Tyrsis turned and walked towards the staircase, leaving Wyrd to explain exactly what had happened. Soft footsteps took her to the chambers that she and Jin had shared. She sat on the bed and tucked her legs beneath her.

Still dripping wet, she closed her eyes and let the world slip away, fading until not even the smallest portion of her mind remained to distract her. The world opened, a vast canopy of stars hanging overhead as the sun burned in the east, moonlight colliding in the picture's center as a full moon dimmed the stars in the west. Beneath the sky hung the world, shrouded in fall colors. Orange, red, brown and the gold of dry hay painted a landscape at the edge of winter's touch. Frost's smell was in the air.

Tyrsis opened her eyes and stepped upon the pathway that led beneath the moon and the sun, feeling the crunch of leaves beneath her feet and the soft stir of creatures begining into hybernation. Golden eyes opened and closed slowly and she looked between the pathway's ends. Impazael had gone east. A ripple accompanied the landscape she walked upon as his name crossed it's surface, heightening the sensation of frost.

She chose west, Sight following the pathways of history and laying them out before her as the seasons regressed. A drow with a prisoner. A prisoner with a locket full of gemstones. A wish. Two wishes. A third held to heart and kept. A Dragon's death. A rise of power.

She stopped, eyes closed for a moment as he sights and sounds settled. Turning, she walked back along the pathway, finsing the point at which she had begun. All she had to do was follow it to find his location, to find the place where the brilliant streak of starlight coalesced into the man. She hesitated.

OOC: Gotta give ya a chance John, don't have any doubt you could find a way to stop it.
