Dias blinked, he vaguely remembered such an incident, and also something about a demon, and ryiln saving a child. "Zennie, seek Ryiln, I think she may know... something, we should move swiftly, and avert war," He said softly in her ear, then glared down at the humans.
"We will do all in our power to find out the nature of this situation. In the meantime, take your forces away from the walls, or I have no doubt that the military will take things into hand. If that happens, I highly doubt any of you will survive it," He said loudly enough to be heard.... which for him was not loud at all, but there was something... commanding for a moment about him.
The mental effort of using the empathic abilities that amounted to majesty brought the tiniest, nigh to invisible bead of sweat to his brow.
He turned to Zenra and whispered in her ear, "More is at work than foolish pride, Zennie...."
