Dear Martin,

Just browsing through the web site - interesting to see a lot of familiar faces and fantastic to see that you are still involved with the Choir.

Still play and teach flute and piano / keyboard and still teaching in Nottingham - where have the last 25 years gone since leaving school?

Great to hear the voices of the choir again, let me know if you have a booking in nottingham in the future and will try to get to see you.

Best Wishes

Jonathan Jenkins

Dear Jonathan,

It’s good to hear from you and I’m glad you are continuing with your music. I have very happy memories of performances we shared a long time ago. It’s all very different now although Nantyglo School is still standing (just!).

My wife and I now live in Rogerstone, near our daughter and family. We are keeping fairly well although I retired from conducting after a successful trip to Canada. Stephen Bard is now in charge and I help out when required. We last sang in Nottingham in 1995 at the Albert Hall before a very enthusiastic audience but we have no further visits planed as of now.

Is Julian still with the bank and does he pick up his clarinet at all now.
Thanks for getting in touch. Hope you and yours are all well.

Martin
