Hey sperm master ,,I hear it is going to be a canal development which would require a groin .bout halfway between glennies and sunset ,5 kms of unproductive beachbreaks ,sure couldnt make the waves any worse.How about the club gets some plans of the development ,show an expert and do some fine tuning, get back to the mega rich developer and create our own left hand superbank.
