人心改變極常見,並非神蹟.

神理論上可以行神蹟,問題是神有沒有行.現代人看不見有.
你是否相信神蹟?你問自己的心吧.你問心是否相信明天維多利亞港的海水會分開,如牆直立,露出海床見陸地.你口裡說相信神蹟,但你的心似乎不同意你的口.你如果真心相信神蹟,明天"過海"你不要乘船或海底隧道交通工具,站在海邊,祈禱分開海水吧.你心裡實在不相信這會發生,便自圓其說地說"不要試探你的神".如果你真心相信有神蹟,滿懷信心地到海邊舉起雙手,大聲祈禱,分開海水,準備好理所當然地步行橫過海床,便不算試探神.如果你真正相信神蹟,你明天去照樣做吧.請先通知傳媒採訪,這是說服人信神蹟的最重要見證,必定轟動世界.如果你不敢照樣做,你的心已告訴你,它實在信或不信神蹟.
神蹟是小問題,以下重提的這個才是大問題.或作,你迷信聖經神蹟的這個錯誤態度,只是以下問題衍生的一個個別具體例子:
You think the whole Bible is the "word of God".
With that belief in mind, you deduce that all the commands in the Bible (supposed to be from God) must be good and that all the myths and miracles in the Bible must be facts.
When you encounter bad commands in the Bible, you try to explain that the commands are actually "good" for the people of that time.
The problem is, when your explanation distorts universal ethics, that explanation will not be acceptable to the mainstream culture and hence fails. Consider the example of the command of murdering all the members of a defeated enemy, including children and babies. You may explain that it was necessary for the protection of religious purity of the Israelites. But can you recognise how unethical you are when you say that God commands genocide (genetic cleansing) for the "good" (religious purity) of a certain tribe?
Concerning miracles, your heart really does not believe that miracles happen today, otherwise you will pray for the water in a harbour to part instead of taking a ferry to cross it. Yet your mouth denies that, rationalizing by twisted explanations such as "do not test the God your Lord" or "this era does not deserve miracles".
You must face this fact:
There is a much more probable and very simple explanation for the presence of bad commands, myths and miracles in the Bible. The Bible is a piece of human-generated literature, therefore full of bad human commands as well as good human commands, primitive myths and miracles as well as factual history.
Please stop pumping out distorted thoughts and ethics for the protection of your irrational beliefs.
