If the Hong Kong Observatory announce that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number Eight (8) will be hoisted within two hours of the predicted ending time of our meeting, the meeting will be automatically postponed for one week, meeting time and place will not be changed. For example, for our regular 7:30 pm meetings, the predicted ending time will be 10:00 pm (a later ending time is chosen to play safe). If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number Eight (8) is still in force at 3:30 pm or the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number Eight (8) will be hoisted at or before 00:00 midnight, the meeting will be postponed.
