.she closed her eyes as he did his own. .feeling the other dragon's talon upon her cheek, there was no urge to jerk away. .there was no fear. .nothing scared her anymore. .she felt her body shift dramatically. .scales faded into smooth leather skin. .her tail doubled in length and lost its elaborate spikes. .thorns grew down her back, a dank hue of dark green. .suddenly, pain doubled within her. .it hurt, yet it slowly subsided. .not daring to open her yellow orbs, new thoughts entered her mind. .she didnt want the pain to subside. .instead, she lingered for it, to give it, to feel it. .opening her jaws, razors emerged slightly smaller but needle pointed. .her body lost some of their fineness in her wings, yet they seemed to stay the same within her own structure. .some grew, some shrunk. .but she felt powerful, strong. .she was slightly taller than she was before, and evidently longer in length. .finally, the pain was over. .a pity. .slowly, she opened her eyes. .still a brilliant, yellow hue. .yet, she was blinded by the brilliant light. .something she was not used to. .first closing them, then squinting. .her bright yellow eyes were visible, as they looked upon her body. .her scales of two hues remained, but no longer was scales. .or white and black. .the black had been replaced by a bronze hue, not a metallic hue but oddly a bronze. .the white had been replaced with a slightly metallic brass, swirling within the bronze to make an odd effect. .greatly curved black talons dug into the ground, as the brilliant yellow orbs focused on the emerald hued dragon. .the orbs seemed to look through him, not at him. .and a hint of her alignment sparked upon those eyes. .brilliant hued, but dark within. .a cold, hard stare persisted. My Sovereign, Bairavee. .her words were bittersweet, more bitter than sweet. .something odd coming from the once docile dracling. .and she waited. .her earth toned body, rippling with muscles, remained paused. .as the cold, hard stare continued.
