Though no part of the conversation she participated in, still she listened as any other would. Her barbed tail snaked, as if on its own will, around her to curl tightly about her slender haunches. Again, she glanced to her parents. Of course she knew of how her mother, before her extended absence, had coupled with the Shadow Lord - how could she not? It interested her to know that the "mighty" lord had had other mistresses, and now one of them - or would she be his actual mate? - was having an outside relationship of her own. How delightful.

When CS appears, he greets her with a quiet :Hello.: and a nod. Truly, though, relief passes through him. Though Rage had loyal friends in Oberon and B&C, having his mate back would benefit him more than just comforting words. As for Raistlin... he watches with tired interest as the Shadow's expression changes. For a moment he feels almost satisfied, like a cat given the cream, to hear and see such anger from the raven dragon. Unfortunately, it quickly passes; the situation being more important than vague wins. And, as Oberon knows very well, there are a number of dragons in the group who are mind-readers. It wouldn't do to have such unpleasant thoughts on the mind with dragons such as themselves around, right?

[Ah yes, how right dear Oberon was. So many mind-readers had erupted from these talented dragons and dragonesses. She remembered when that special talent had once just been hers and her sister's alone. But it didn't matter. Attention drew towards Enya and Integrity with interest. So Enya was Giaa now eh? CS would be quite surprised but pleased that her generation spreaded into different breeds. And satisfaction also spread through the coal beauty's body. So Famina had finally decided to have her own fun. About time. And she couldn't blame her]

[Her thoughts were well-gaurded. various mental shield blockading those secrets and important thouhts that only she held. Firewalls indeed. Her gaze shifted back to Integrity, a Light Princess with a promising future. And her neice. Perfect for corruption.. Not that Common Sense would care if her progeny was dark or Light. For CS's children carried the best of both worlds and could never truly belon to one side. Or could they? A talon draws the youn neutral female towards her, becomin the comforting Matriarch. And through this all she has said nothing. Only spoken those silent words, silent words that could be read if one did not turn a blind eye]

[She nods to Rage's words. They would talk..But not just now. There were things to do. And many problems to be solved. Her golden gaze travels to her children and she sighs. Though her sister had been absent as well, B&C had been a better mother than she had. And was even better of taking care of her children than she was. And it hurt though such pain was never reflected. For she was a Queen and was of higher dignity and so forth. God forbid if she showed weakness in front of others. Especially those considered an enemy even if they were also her friends. Settling besides her mate she looked Enya and studied her]

[So her daughter had also changed.. Giaa. She saw Ezmeralda's Giaa heritage in the female as well. And even with this change she smiled. Forever proud of her children. And she let her daughter know this as she placed a bronze talon 'pon the youngers shoulder. And then she looked to the mixed female beside the Giaa. Integrity, her name was truly spoken for her]

[She watched her sister offer the comfort she herself had not been able to supply. But now she tried]

Integrity.. Come here my child.

[The words quietly spoken in the youngsters mind. If she balked or came running, she would know her choice. And still love her and forever hold pride in her. For that was her nature and that was what a mother did]

[Now her attention was returned to the adults. And she searched for Isis or Tarquin. These little squabbles must be forgotten for now. The same said for family feuds, past hurts and so forth. Though others did not care about this Famine, it bugged her. And the talk of death.. She would not sit and do nothing. Not as if she could]

I am sorry if I have inturuppted at a bad time. This talk of Famine bugs me so though. Also, the lands are becoming barren from not only prey..but dragons as well. And I do not plan on just letting all of our kind dwindle away.
