[*Shudders* Freeeeeaky type.]

Unused to such fancy speach, Tarquin is stunned silent for a moment as he sorts out what the being is saying. "It's that Isis has not been around for some time, but you indeed have my permission to complete your quest - as long as you don't get yourself killed." He smiles lightly.

[Sorry about that: I sort of lost track of this thread. *Blinkers* Lokist is a cat? I should have known... 'cept, I thought he was a horse 'cause you said "stag" and I associated that with the only four-legged equine-thingie-mi-bob I know on CM... and I'm jabbering. Pardon moi...]

"I hardly think you want to complete a task for me..." He turns from the kitty-cat to inspect his lengthy form; searching swiftly. Midnight claws raise themselves and in one fluid motion peel from the body a glimmering scale of bronze, turned fiery in the dim light the cavern holds. The claws hold out the scale for the kitty-cat [mwahahaha!]. "Will this do?" he asks.

[ don't blame you! he's a bit more deadly than a horse thankfully, but he also has respect to those who can eat him :) ]

<<. accepts thee scale | colbat duo regardin' thee dragon levelly | tones a bit muffl'd by thee object | "Ah, I'd do wut I must, Lord Dragon. My graditude is yers, and do remember such if turmoil should come 'pon yer evil race..." | realizes how petty such a broach could seem | yet also ponders thee weight o' combaters in a war | lowerin' o' sniewy torso signals respect as than lithe strides progress thee felines from thee domain | 'tis than tension relaxes from thee masculine beast .>>

[I get more surprises with each post... your kitty's blue???]

His maw opens to reply to slowly as so quickly the kitty-cat disappears and Tarquin is left with a gaping jaw. Quickly he closes it and shakes his head slightly. Sincerely he hopes that things won't turn to war... or does he? It would make things more interesting, after all.

He immediately glances around after the traitorous thought slips forth, hoping that Bob had not been close enough to 'hear'. Smiling - a bit nervously but nevertheless a smile - he turns to rejoin those around Raistlin. He never wants his older brother to know such thoughts the youth occasionally harbors.
