Realizing too late the harshness of his words, he laid an apologetic claw on the young dragoness' shoulder. His blue eyes simmered as he turned his head slowly to glance coldly at the acid green-eyed dragon.

"I find it difficult to believe that the dragons are anymore divided than your horses. Though we lack a continuous ruler, we have experience within our ranks and strength. Though his attention never strayed from the subject at hand, curiously he kept tabs on the interesting being. And so because of this, he heard the remark as Jesar turned south.

"Excuse me." Dipping his head politely to his mother, he removed himself from the conversation to follow Jesar.

His strides were long, and so he reached the pegasus quickly. Voice painfully quiet so that there would be no chance for fear, he tapped the horse lightly on the shoulder with a carefully wielded claw. "Going somewhere?"
