Well, I can say that i had my share of trying to get my ibertarians up ... hair wax, hair spray hair gel and whatnot, jell-o, and nothing really helps when you have 10'' or longer hair. So I'm sure you've heard of elmers glue liberty spikes, but you are afraid you are going to damage your hair " you wussy " ,,, but nevertheless here is the BEST way to do it
For this tutorial you will need one elmers-school-glue
ultra strong hair spray and a hairblower/dryer,,,
I will explain how to do one spike, and thats how you should do it, spike by spike by spike ,,,

Grab a chunk of your hair and try to form a triangle, the whider, the better, you dont want it like too whide so you can see your hair split, find a medium
Hair spray all over it so it gets nice and sticky,,, get a hair blower/dryer and dry it for a minute,, get in really close on it,, you need to feel your skull burning,,, you'll see what i mean, its not all that bad, next get enough glue in your hand so you can cover the spike all over ,,, do so, its kind of mushy in this stage, but here is the trick, grab your glue bottle and if experienced stick it in the spike if not get the glue all over the bottom of it,, this is the so-called fundation,,, now hair dry/blow it for two minutes ,, again,, oyu will have to get pretty close ,,, it might hurt just a little, ifit hurts TOO much, give it a brake,
Hair spray all over it, 3 or 4 layers, up and down , up and down, dry it again,, it should be pretty firm by now, grab some more glue and add the finish touches such as adding the hair that fell out, and also twist the top a little , next , dry the top ,,, make sure it stays that way, hair spray over it ,, dry it , and there ya go,,, your spike will stay for quite a while,
my lucky number is 7 but you can make as many as you'd like, if you have 10'' of hair,, or more, i suggest you keep it around 6-7... don't try to plan it out, just flow with it,,, its the best way...
once all done, hairspray it and dry it again ,,, dont like jump around stay as still as you can be for next 4 mins ,, afterwards ,, your free to do what you please ,,,

Now, how to make sure that it doesnt make yout hair fall off ,,
dont EVER do it two days in a row, or two out of three days, make sure that your hair gets some rest, and if you cant or dont want to aford some hair conditioners,,, shampoo it A LOT !!
