Subject: Wanna learn to dance like a raver? Read this

Raves aren't about dancing better than the guy next to you. Dancing is about abandoning your body to the music, moving with it instinctively. Ravers dance like they dance because they have years of practice, not because someone showed it to them, especially not online! If you really want to learn, ask someone, they'll show you. I swear.

Remember this: Every single raver during its early days has flailed and looked grotesque on the dance floor, whether they realised it or not is irrelevant. They just flailed about, trying to immitate the other dancers. I know, I've been there! But that's not the point. The point is just letting go, dance, but don't try to dance. Just let your body move, and eventually, you'll get better at it. After a few years your mind becomes structured when it comes to dancing and as your mind reaches structure, so do your movements.

It's a natural evolution. Don't force it.
