She cocks her head and looks around at the other dragons about. She release a small squeal as she bends over, lowering herself to the chilled water. Her tail splashes to her side, relaxing in the water. She was new to these lands, and didn’t like them as well as her last home, but her master had cast her into the shadows. She had once guarded his lair, where they lived and worked as a team.

Home Land:
In the corner of the earth, tucked away into the quietness of life, is a small island. Not many ever dare to venture out that Far East, but if one was brave enough, they would come across Isth, land of the ‘rainbow dragons’. Isth is a large island completely untouched by man.
Story has it that once upon a time, there were many breeds of dragons on Isth, but the strangest was the Solid White Lures. They were the ugliest breed ever to have existed. Men would be horrified at the mere sight of one, or so they said. They claimed it was unnatural for them to be so colorless, but of course this was the dark-ages and much has changed, but on with the story. In all truth the White Lures were the most peaceable of the dragons. Where as the other dragons might have been colored amazingly, they weren’t as kind. But men saw them as prized objects and began to hunt the beasts, leaving the White Lures thinking they would be worth nothing. As the last of the colored dragons was killed, the men packed up and left. The White Lures had no idea what to think of it, so they thought little about it.
Isth began to change over the next bit of time, instead of the usual starry night, the rain poured down almost as if the land it’s self was crying for its loss. Over time Isth began to lose its colorful mountains and the crystal-blue springs. Everything began to get dark, as it continued to rain far into the day as well as night now. Isth because as colorless as the dragons themselves.
But as the legend has it, one day the rain came to a sudden halt. The clouds were blown from the sky, and it took it’s forever blue sky again and a large rainbow was cast over the entire island of Isth. With that rainbow, something very strange began to happen. Out of a perfectly cloudless blue sky, it began to rain... But not just any rain, but the drops held brilliant colors within themselves. The color splashed everything, restoring the brilliant colors yet again, and the white dragons watched with curiosity from their caves, in the now purple mountain. Suddenly a teen age dragon burst from his den and ran around in the rain, the other watched as he was pelted by the colorful drops, and returned to them as colorful as the land was becoming it’s self.
Can you just picture that white dragon running around in the valley being painted by a strange rain that was falling, and become more beautiful then any of the others?
He returned with a roar of happiness as he examined himself to find that he was as beautiful as the rainbow he had played in. The others quickly joined in too, soaring over the rainbow with ease then back under it, and they became as the dragons that had been hunted before them. With this brought fear that they too would be hunted, but no such thing ever happened, and that is the tale of Isth and it’s once Solid White Lures that turned into the beautiful ‘Rainbow Dragons’ that you see today.
Fly High dear friends
