I was outraged to hear that a young woman "let herself" go" at a formal event, and not only that, an Officers Mess event at that.

Now, as an enraged Colonel's widow (my husband accidentally shot himself whilst flogging his batman with a riding crop), I feel it is my place to remind the youth of HM Forces as to some home truth's.

Despite being a house of Debauchery, the Leeds UOTC Officers Mess IS STILL THAT, an Officers Mess. As such it should be accepted that certain standards of Behaviour are maintained. Canings, use of unit slags and memory loss areof course permitted, but to lose bladder control like some inebriate, pensioned-off park bench drunk is frankly unnacceptable. GET RID OF THIS STUPID EMBARRASSMENT!

To qoute another Officer Cadet "Technically Female"... Brilliant!
