How dare you cane John Mace 'a fine upstanding member of the community' as quoted in the recent publishment 'Edwardian Values'(april to May isue).


He attends Middle church (neither High nor Low) every second Sunday(the proprietes must be observed), drinks tea (not strong or weak) walks (rarely ventures a stroll and never runs) he is seen to peruse the 'Daily Telegraph' everyday in the staff room (copy of Viz concealed within) not to do so would cause 'talk' all his clothes are by endorsed 'by Royal apopointment' and G&H drapers know his visage all too well.
