 I have been following a bit of the Olympics and upon hearing about Lindsey Vonn, hurting her shin, I thought wasn't there a Thomas Vonn from Newburgh who was an Olympic skier. So I looked it up Tom Vonn of Newburgh, born there in 1975 is the husband of Lindsey.

And last week I read in the paper about a Russian Figure Skater who was a Junior at NFA. Can't remember her name but she had just finished 9th in The European Championship.

Great connections on the World Stage for our old hometown.
Any other Olympians past or present from Newburgh?
