Thanks for the update George! That exercise is what's keeping you going! I also adjusted my swim routine from 1 mile three times a week to 1/2 mile 4 times a week. I understand the pills, pills, pills, too! I take so many pills that I'm thinking of giving up food and just putting all the pills on a plate and adding ketchup! ;o)
We also have three granddaughters, and 5 grandsons. Isn't it amazing how young we feel and how much energy we have when it comes to them? After they leave our house, all of a sudden I'm an old hag again! haha!
