Wow! Nonpareils! Hadn't thought about them in a while. My grandmother kept a covered cut-glass bowl filled with them, or they were there at least everytime I visited her, in her place down on Montgomery Street. They are long gone, but I've inherited that bowl and it's on display in our living room. Sometimes I fill it with jellybeans, but the next time it's filled it'll be with non-pareils.
