I am looking for a training/learning and development position ideally in Devon. I have an unbroken career since starting work in 1973 and since 1999 have been a learning and development manager, responsible for the design and delivery of a wide range of topics for a large organisation in London. I am Graduate CIPD qualified and have also obtained the CIPD Certificate in Training. I have sound knowledge of Investors in People, being an internal IIP assessor and understand the essentials of the European Foundation for Quality Management.(EFQM) I am finding it difficult to secure opportunities in this area of work and would be very grateful for any advice or guidance which could help. Thank you.
