初期曾因歷來在同程從未失Q的傲家聲缺席而感到失望,但細想下來見他在日本杯跑得那麼盡且相距香港瓶只兩周,不值得因此失準而被大香港主義之人乘機斷章取義,反而留個回憶給朋友們還不差 (NT)Lincoln

少了傲家聲確實有點失色! 不過再看參賽戰馬實力,已是多年來平均水準最高的一屆香港瓶了. 西方駿馬今季大熟大勇,先贏雅士閣贏金盃後縮程ARC跑仍有好走勢,只輸給本年三歲馬王Hurricane Run得亞軍,單以此績是中距離一級賽坐位望贏馬,已必成此場一哩半賽擂台躉! 另亦有馬后級數的占卜在陣,再加上挪威舞者(準一級位置馬)及威信兩匹歐洲一級賽常客,還有近仗像有點復甦的紅櫻桃參賽,今年真的可稱得上有一級賽水準的賽事了(不像以往:名是一級,實只頂多得二級!). (NT)Richard
