Subject: 愛什麼,緬甸皇城及灰燕子是去年最好的三歲馬,愛什麼上仗在皇家雅士谷二千米一級賽贏已退役的澳洲馬王遨飛星叢六個半馬位,取勝姿態極漂亮.但查母系其他半兄弟(其中一匹是在港的快活人)俱只在二千米以下贏馬,此馬已是一個異數.但哩半對平地賽馬來說真是極大考驗.

緬甸皇城至今跑過十二場八捷全入三甲,準得驚人.惜頭馬全在法國本土取得,因未能看足這馬所有賽事,暫推斷是騎者對英愛馬場陌生(十二場全由這位騎師出策).四周前在聖格廬一級賽跑略失準的第三則不介意,因目標早已指向今場,如當日用力多今次反而不妙. (NT)Lincoln
