Subject: 有心人刻意栽花,評磅員也乘人之美,幫手落落肥料~想深一層,北半球馬又能否有如此優待呢?另外,香港2歲新馬好像贏一場大多會以55分左右起步,此馬以3歲資格拿1冠1亞評59分未免過低吧!如果因為鄉鎮賽事級數低而有此評分,早前那些南非馬的評分也未免高估得有點亂來吧!(短途快馬是一實例!)

小弟認為應該加回一項條例,就是所有自購馬,如未狂港出賽3次或以上,皆不可參與四班賽事這樣較為恰當吧~這措施如現在的評核賽一樣!另外南半球馬評52分起步,北半球馬評57分起步,又是否恰當呢? (NT)莫問
