Subject: ¿Sensación de salir de mi cuerpo?

Hola, desde hace varios años siento que estando dormida mi espíritu sale de mi cuerpo, siento que estoy en otro plano y aveces puedo ver mi cuerpo; abro los ojos, y veo lo que pasa a mi alrededor pero no logro moverme, hace algunos meses me pasó lo mismo, sali del cuerpo y sentí como si un perro me atacará, me mordió el brazo y todo el día tuve dolor en ese brazo, luego de varios meses vi siete luces pequeñas, en la madrugada que venian hacia mi y me asusté demasiado....

Ya no pasa tan seguido pero me sigue sucediendo esto, ¿a qué se deberá?
