*He saw his colt Flash galloping off into the distance. Gussy looked to Sparky and gave him a strange glance. Then in one gait, Gussy was off at a full gallop, he was the fastest horse around. He galloped across the plains, Flash was way ahead of him. So Gussy lowered his head and lifted his legs higher, he was flying through the air. He swiftly caught up to Flash. He had mistaken Gussies strength. Gussy then turned swiftly in front of him forcing him to stop. He slid slightly as he did so and then turned on his haunches and reared high in front of Flash. His muscules shinned in the sun and his golden coat was sleek. His long creamy mane and tail brushed through the wind as he lashed his dagger hoofs out at the air and whinnied.*
"Flash! What is wrong with you! I have not ever once given up on you! I have been giving Sparky lessons on fighting when you had returned! I told Sparky to go find you and you were just home a minut ago and then you were gone again. We couldnt do anything, we had no clues at all. We waited here and after time passed Sparky was getting older. He needed to learn, so now, i am teaching him. Who ever said anything about me kicking any of you off the throne!?!" Gussy was quite angered at this action of Flash's, but then he relized how Flash must have felt. His temper decressed by far and his heart stopped pounding. His face in all was welcoming and loving.
"Flash, I love you from the bottem of my heart and always will. If you want me to teach you some things or have Father son time, you just tell me, I am will to do anything for the ones I love. Flash, you are my colt. I love you, and I dont meen to hurt you."
*Gussy stares at him, his eyes sparkling in the morning sun's light. His heart started to pound again. His nostrils flared. How bad had he hurt his colt? He didnt want to make any of the herd feel lower than any other-because they arnt. He stared at Flash, his eyes burning with love and pation for his family. He swished his tail waiting for a reply...*
