Jerking up, the dranicorn stares in disbelief at the mare. You . . . you look . . . familiar . . . He feels something inside, a memory from long ago, begins to activate. The mare . . . she looked like the one that the Mage had killed . . . his lead . . . she had promised that she would return someday . . . Are you . . . SunDance? Just mentioning the name of his deceased mate hurt, but he knew he had to find out.
