There is two pairs of jumpers on the front side of the PCB of this radios. Combination of short/open positions locks & unlocks the items in the hidden menu described above. Full set - is two choices (PS and CODE). So I have no idea how to change hi/low TX in LPD mode. It's my main interest now.
