Simon alfafara my grandfather / 5 sibling my father rodulfo alfafara and his older brother mareno alfafara became later a congress man in car car cebu and my father's youngest brother pelipe philip alfafara served in the U.S. Navy 1950 thru 1982 master chief of the navy settle in san diego. All of this alfafara we resided in caloocan city grace park with valencia family and all alfafara's from cebu. I'am Cesar Skatonias Alfafara age of 36 son of late Rodulfo ALfafara.
