Hello!

I attended the First Glance workshop this past Saturday. I have to say I LOVED it!

It has been a long time since I have done any group course work and this was the first sensuality workshop of my personal transformation career/journey I have attended.

My experience was and is continuing to be a sense of coming out, shining in my personality and being alive in the joy of my being.

The course for me was deeply transformational and the affects are still unfolding.

What I keep hearing from people is "You are glowing!". That feels so good.

What I experienced throughout the day of the course was an eventual unfolding and opening of my energy as the excercises caused a gradual natural sense of intimacy and connection with everyone in the room. By the time we got to the lab portion of the course, I could have done a DO (deliberate orgasm) with anybody in the room and felt as equally connected. We were all one and the experience was not about connecting with one person intimately, it was about connecting intimately with my humanity. I felt a tremendous sense of complete trust and wonderfully sublime satiatinng sense of soul connection and of being home in my being.

Thank you to everyone of Insight Institue and to all of you whom I now know and can confidently call my "Community". I love you and I thank you for welcoming me here, for welcoming me home. I would like for you all to recognize my glow as a compliment to who you are being to me in my life. I thank you for the joy that my soul has been yearning to unfold into the natural expression of my true being as she yawns in the early morning dew of her springtime bloom...
