The truth is sexy..... this is what Nicole shared with us and through the course with various exercises we were stripped of any pretensions until each of our truths were revealed in a way that we could own them and be proud of them.

For myself the course has given me the courage to show myself in a genuine way and relate to others in the same way.

Especially my husband who a new truer and deeper relationship is evolving ... Thank you all at One Taste for �blowing my cover�. It feels a lot better to be genuine.
