Open up to all levels of your being. All emotions, feelings, impulses, thoughts and sensations. Realize these come from you, and are part of oneself. When I do this, it makes me feel at home and peaceful with myself. I am whole, complete, and perfect.

This allows my consciousness, awareness, and intelligence to grow, merge, and evolve.

Expansion. Transformation. Liberation.

I accept myself exactly as I am. I can be authentic. I can be myself. I can be real. I can advance my self-awareness. Transformation of life begins with self-awareness.

Allow yourself to feel, don't judge or label, just FEEL.

I open myself up to self-acceptance, new possibilities, new ways of being, enhanced sensual experience, and enlightened consciousness.

Drop into your body, every part of it. Drop into your genitals, to the tip of your penis or your clit. Be present. Experience the sensation(s). Let your ki flow. Open up your energy meridians. Don't be forceful, just let it flow.
