I'm back at the center listening to the both the traffic on Folsom street mixed in with the beginning of our second Partner Yoga class. My body feels peaceful and relaxed.

And, my mind is clear. I noticed how orgasm freed my mind during Thursday's training session and it the clarity feels even more palpable now. My mind feels clear of all that mental debrie that I was carrying around before. All that drama and angst and not the knowing. No, it was the fear. The fear that I doing this life right. That my relationships were right, that I was on the right path.

About midway through the demo, I looked up and saw the sea of turned-on faces before me. I felt the buzzing of Allyson's skin underneath my palm while Nicole brought her up on the peak. It felt like the whole room's breathe was in sycroncity with Allyson's moans. There was heat searing through my chest and I felt alive. I felt more alive in that moment than I can remember in recent history.

New faces, old friends. New turn-on, new ways to relate. K's sturdy shoulder after the demo grounded me. J's taking care of the details without me asking. L's sweet frame spinning the room around her fingers. C&A looking like the hot couple from a Tarantino flick. J&A, new friends, fitting right in like they've been here forever. L's saying, "this is real" while S's pop kept relaxing more and more into the sensation. The two T's holding different ends of a turned on ride.

My fingers are still buzzing and I feel in love. In love with her and him and them and me and the center and the universe and the future. Thank you everyone for an amazing ride.
