Feeling what you feel

Visualizing everything as divine spirit, raw energy, source

Watching manifestation, admiring its beauty

Opening, allowing ourselves freedom to progress

Living life second to second

Surrendering, freeing ourselves from the world of duality

Freeing ourselves from judgement, attachments, and pain

Releasing our spirit to its essence, yet staying present to the "world"

Remembering where we came from and where we still reside

Embracing love

Allowing ourselves to flow with the tide of the universe
