Truth is a spontaneous act of expression - in real time - in the moment - uncensored - simply revealed. When we find ourselves choosing - it is no different than editing. When we are stuck � we have to ask ourselves �what are we afraid of�.

We are confident in our knowing � if we just allow ourselves to feel � to open to our intuitive power. That is the beauty of free association � and why it works so well as a psychological exam of the mind. It doesn�t give us the time to incorporate that extra step of processing. The step that ensures we get it right.

The funny thing is� that you are living and speaking your truth � it just isn�t always verbally expressed � but it is present � and real � and a true representation of the who you are in that moment � in the now.

The cool thing is� you can be the next thing in the very next moment � if you just allow the flow to take you where it may.

All in all � it is a fun wave to ride when you aren�t swimming against its current.
