To feel everything - WOW!

A person who displays a willingness or tendency to subject oneself to unpleasant or trying experiences - is the definition of a masochist.

Which ironically - in some ways - I thought I already was.

So, what is the distinction between feeling those uncomfortable, painful, unpleasant things - and masochism?

Or is it just feeling the sensations and the feelings in the moment - and not necessary moving towards the pain - but rather moving through it???

Okay - I believe I just answered my own question.

For me it means staying - and not running! Not running from the pain - or not running towards something (or someone) else to avoid it.

I would like to get that runaway off my back - I am tired of carrying her around all the live long day!

Ahhh, just thinking of the freedom - is inspiring.
