George and I are standing in a bare room of 1070, our soon to be massage center. Dust is still floating in the air. We had spent the last two days pulling off wall paneling, ripping down the drop ceiling and pulling up carpets. We are dirty, tired, and bloody from the experience.

I had resisted this project for several months. I didn't think I had the acumen or the skills to complete it. So my little monkey mind started its run on what was wrong with me. N just reminding me that I was able. She reminded me that I was able to do anything I put my mind to.

So, we're standing there and this sense of pride and excitment is filling my body. It was energy. Pure energy flowing through my limbs. I realized that this energy was from this one success and now I had the energy to start a new one. Its good to feel happy.
