i had the thought that simple daily meditation would help your back tremendously. When i have body pain(which ask my housemates- is everyday!) if i just sit with it i do better than when i try to push anything or even do yoga or stretch. It is just when i sit with it and open into it that i find relief. And i will find total relief to where i forget completely! it is all about resistance.
