I breath
I� breath�
I�� breath�� even slower

And as I do
I feel a wave come over me and embrace me like a warm blanket
It is here in the quietness of the moment that I begin to connect and allow myself to take in every sensation as it travels throughout my body
I feel the coolness of the breeze on my flesh
I feel the movement in my body as I sway with each inhale and exhale
And I lean
As if reaching with anticipation for the next moment
------ �she� is baiting me in...
------ come closer... my love
------ go deeper...
Energy is swirling around and within me
I open
I let myself go
I have surrendered
And as I stand in the stillness - my arms begin to slowly rise
It does this with a slow motion I have never experienced
Sooo gentle
Sooo delicate
Like an angel lifting it�s wings
My spirit is rising

And it is here that I realize
My everything is �turned-on�
And I am surprised by how tranquil it is
Like the eye of a storm � or the quiet before it
It is a place of genuine calm
A timelessness
Pure energy
And nothing else

I know this place

Ecstasy

Aaah, this is what ecstasy feels like
