had a great day. Allyson showed Ilka and me the center. I had lunch with Ilka and saw Rob on the way to the center. I then did my homework.

It was a last minute impromptu event. I, L, T and K gathered at L's in the late afternoon. K, T and I took turns doing L. It was an incredibly sensual and sweet time. My favorite frame would be when I am doing L and she is peaking with waves of contractions pulsating through her body. I can feel the energy move up my finger and arm into my body. I look up and L is staring wide-eyed at T who returns the stare with a loving look. The sultry smile on T's face betrays that she is sharing L's pleasure. I look at K who is gently stroking L's leg and see him mesmerized by the scene unfolding in front of him. That was my ECO moment. A moment for me composed in equal measure of arousal, gratification, genuine affection and complete trust. I hope to experience many more such moments.

I then went and had an equally incredible massage from Ilka. I left feeling that every want and desire had been satiated. I felt that contentment that comes from feeling full-not too much, just enough.

It dawned on me on the way home that I should express my gratitude to those at the Insight Institute who conjured this lovely course and to my fellow participants in this adventure. I realized that I should express such gratitude before the course ends, which it will sadly this weekend. So, this is what I would like to say.

To all the members of the Insight Institute, thank you for a lovely course. You have made an otherwise difficult transition period for me one that was sensuous, challenging and an adventure. To the participants, thank you for sharing yourselves. I have delighted in getting to know you and hope that we continue to keep each other's company after the course. Above all, to the women who have shared their intimacy with me on Do-Dates, know that I adore you. Each of you has seduced me with your beauty and sensuality. You were wonderful guides in teaching me how better to please you. I treasure each of those moments and hope you share more with me. Regardless, I will savor each memory. And to L, thank you for being my partner in crime. I have delighted in watching you blossom. I know that this is only your first bloom and that there is much more to come and cum.

So, for all of the above I am grateful. I wanted you all to know that.
