Hi all,

I never got to post Friday night after the demo (it was my only chance to post before returning from southern CA) since I ended up (among other things) rescuing a lost puppy till 4am Saturday morning, but that�s another story�

Anyway, my frame is from the ECO when I went up to Allyson and laid my left hand on her leg and held her hand with my right.

The entire evening at the Villa I felt extremely connected. My body was surging with energy from all the anticipation flowing through the house. I felt my body connected and charged. This was not a caffeine high (even though I did stop for a soy latte at the Mad Hatter since I was :30 mins early). This high was an energetic lifting of my entire body. I felt light and aware.

Throughout the demo I felt Allyson�s energy and the energy of the room undulate like a wave. I shared after the demo how I felt like I was riding on the wake of a wave, feeling the rise and the sensation that I was flowing just behind the crest. I felt like I was in the tail of a comet while it was whipping back and forth.

At times I couldn�t differentiate between the energy generated by Allyson and the energy flowing on the couch I was sharing -- or through the rest of the room for that matter.

When I went up to place a hand on Allyson I was already so high I floated over to the side of the table where Rob was standing. My feet were grounded and I laid my left hand on Allyson�s thigh. Rob took my right hand and placed it on Allyson�s left hand. At first my right hand felt a bit awkward, not knowing how to hold Allyson�s hand. A little like a first date when you hold hands for the first time and you are trying to find the best position, the best fit with this new friend.

My left hand felt right at home. On Allyson�s thigh I could feel myself, first pulling energy and then sending. I could not tell who was initiating the energy transfer. I could only feel the energy coming into me and flowing out of me; not knowing if I was pulling or receiving, sending or being drawn from.

My feet were separated and grounded. I was slightly crouched in a bit of a horse stance. My feet were flat on the floor and they vibrated with energy. The energy ran up my calves and then passed to my upper body, starting again at my diaphragm and surging through my chest cavity. I felt the sensation run up my neck and into my jaw and then my temples. The energy circulated throughout my entire upper body, down my arms, into my hands, and in and out of Allyson.

The ECO ended. At least that section of the ECO ended. I felt that the ECO was still going well after Allyson got up and left the table. I didn�t feel like I started to come down until I was seated for a while and I could feel the energy dissipate into the room.
