Its hot in Brisbane but I don't think its the temperature. It is the motion... it is my friend Nicole sitting next to me in the garage as we talk about what's next.

I've never been here before: This level of creation. This level of sensation. The level of clarity. On Saturday, I sat talking with Nicole and shared where I was at. I could feel her energy come into me, sweeping away the negative thoughts and baggage. I told her about my fears. I told her about my desire. I told her what I wanted next.

Since then, I simply felt good. Its pretty simple. I have this sensation that life is right the way it is. I don't feel particularly hungry for anything or lacking anything. I just have a sense that life is the way its suppose to be.

A new friend asked me if I was busy this week and I replied, "I'm busy everyday.... " But, it wasn't a statement of victim but one who is grateful for his life.

Big course this weekend. I am looking forward to watching it unfurl.
