Thanks for writing.

This Wednesday night is an Introduction to the InSight Institute. It starts around 7:30 at One Taste (1074 Folsom St, SF). During this night, we give everyone a sample of what the courses are like. This night is free.

On the following Wednesday nights, we have games called "IN Groups" where we play strucured communication games aimed at having more intimacy in your life with your friends and yourself. The cost is $10 or whatever. They are also at One Taste. Please send me an email or post again if you have any other questions.
