What have I been feeling...

Excitement!

I have clear objectives -- and even with those in mind - I am still willing to surrender to whatever manifests.

Anticipation!

I am looking forward to peeling the layers - and finding comfort and acceptance in the raw, tender, vulnerable places within myself. I am ready to play with my shadow side - and I am thankful to have you as a compassionate witness who will provide me a soft place to land.

As for my feeling sensation in my body - I can only make reference to this moment... a warm tingling rush from my lower neck up into my throat.
