It was so hard to find a beautiful woman who he had something in common with so he was definatly happy he had met her. "Cutting and dressage aye?" he said smiling, "Thats somthing you dont hear everyday," he joked. "I have three horses, One thoroughbred gelding, one sweedish warmblood stallion and a Canadian sport horse stallion," He said stopping himself before he rambled, small smile upon his features. he could go on and on about his horses for hours, they're his life.

Yes, I know it's odd, but I enjoy them very much and consider myself equally good in both. Not concieted, actually far from. But truth was truth and anyone who had seen her work would agree. Sweedish warmbloods are truly beautiful, they carry themselves so gracefully. Almost like they know they're the most beautiful creature in the world. Although I've never ridden one, I've heard they're wonderful to jump. She herself could go on and on about anything invloving horses. It seemed whenever she spoke of them it was nearly poetry that escaped her lips. We must go riding sometime Corbin, I'd love to see your horses. It was easy to tell that, like him, her horses were what she considered her life. The club made the money, but it was all spent on the horses.

he nodded in agreement with her words as they flowed from her mouth. "That would be great, i'd love to go riding with you," he said before looking around, seeing that they were in the way of the drink table he looked back to her, "Do you uh, want to sit down?" he asked. Looking to thier left he saw a bench swing that would do sufice.

Oh yes, thankyou. Petite frame moved towards the bench, the black fabric of her dress swaying with her every move, gently brushing her curvature. Once comfortably seated she spoke again, I know this is a personal question, but how is it that a guy like you isn't taken yet? A slightly strange question, but one she wanted to ask all the same.

He smiles, placing his hand on the small of her back as they headed for the seat. Once seated he turned his body slightly towards her, "well, i've only been at CM for about 3 weeks, and truthfully I havn't had the time to meet anyone, until now." He said smiling. "What about you, how come theres no man in your life?"

She gave a quiet but pleasent laugh, You're luck... Most men that come to the mountains are married in three weeks. As strange as it sounded, it was so very true. Well, I've been here for a little over a year. It's been a long time since there has been a man in my life. I was actually married for a short time untill my dear husband tried to kill me for no apparant reason. She could laugh about it now, but it had actually happened. No offense towards males in general, but it seems most of the ones who take residence here are mentally unstable or simply think beating on women is fun. She looked up to him momentarily, brilliant eyes meeting his, Just promise me one thing Corbin....you won't kill me. Ofcourse it was a joke, but she said it so very seriously.

((Finally back, whooohoo!!!)) Well, we live, we learn, we move on... She could say this now, and mean it, but it hadn't always been so. But when faced with a life of being alone and feeling sorry for herself, she had changed. Now she was pursuing a life of happiness and looking for more than just a single night of enjoyment. Dreamy look crossed her expression as a quiet voice came forth, asking a more personal question, but in a friendly way. Tell me Corbin, what do you want out of life?... her sentence trailed off slightly at the end.

he though a moment, having never though of that particular question before... "I guess, just happiness, fullfillment, i dont know um.... No, it makes perfect sense. So many people look for happiness in life, but so few find it and I couldn't immagine dying today. I've got so much to live for right now, and for the first time in my life things are really starting to look up. His anwser was genuine, and it was close to her own expectations. Thoughtful expression became obvious as she was asked, I just don't want to be alone. Solitude for some people is a release, a relaxing time. But I guess for people like me, who have spent a majority of their lives alone, or the ones who don't have anyone to go home to, solitude is like a punishment. It was an odd explanation of her wanting, but while riches and material posesions were important to some, companionship was important to her.

She was glad that he could understand, perhaps even relate to her, it seemed that she was always surrounded by people on the job, but she was very seldomly ever in true company. A quiet voice escaped her, slightly stubling at first, I know you haven't been here for long, but would you like to come back to the club with me? She wasn't trying to suggest something other than what she said. The club was empty as of now and her ride home seemed to have disapeered from the crowd, down cast gaze remained planted on the sand below, now weary of meeting his gaze.

((Oh, so sorry. I've been there before too. Oh, and I'm apologizing ahead of time for delayed anwsers. My number of horses just jumped from 4 to 16 and I'm so busy trying to keep up with all of them now. Not to mention we are having a problem with a nearby ranchers cattle eating our feed. So, I'm off to build a fence, chase some cows, and fix a broken water line lol. Take care))
