Author: Alexandria and Makara
Subject: ~Death is near~

*Young female slowly trudged across the beach, a small artic fox padding behind her. She kept her head bowed, her hair wavy auburn hair falling over her face. She suddenly stopped dead upon reaching the ‘clearing’ the BBQ was in, tensing slightly. She stood still for a few moments, slowly lifting her head to look around. She felt as if she couldn’t breath, her mind was overworking itself. She felt as out of place as she was sure she looked. Dressed in black hip-huggers, a sweatshirt with the hood on , and her hands shoved into the pockets, she looked a little ‘misplaced’ to say the least. She shrunk back only after a few seconds hesitation. She bowed her head her auburn hair going back to falling over her face. She slipped back to the shadows* Don’t say a thing *it was ‘said’ (or thought in this case) to the fox. She was sure Makara had a few wise cracks to make.* Why didn’t you say anything? *She hated dealing with people. She hated being stared at. She slunk back silently, ‘disappearing into the shadows making sure she was out of sight before she lifted her head again. She must have with out knowing it just followed the smell of food, she was starving. She stood still, watching the person at the grill.*

*The small artic fox padded behind the girl, head lowered looking rather lazy. She bangs into the girl as she stopped with out warning growling lowly deep in her throat* Thought I told you to give me a warning *She sat down but soon found them moving again, she watched her shrink into the shadows not following until the girl actually started disappearing, she stood up following her into the shadows* Didn’t say anything because you need some human contact. Your becoming a hermit Alex *She lifted her head to look at the girl* Don’t want to here how you always were one, I know your lies *She sat down by the girl, watching the way she was looking* we ain’t stealing, I tell you that every time. I will let you starve to death first *she frowned slightly swatting at the girl but she had given up long ago at making her ‘leave’ her hiding places. She never listened*

Noting the arrival of newcomers with a smile, from his position near the bbq he raises a hand in greeting before dropping it to indicate the food. Freshly cooked and has to come off, overprepared for the small gathering no surprises there.

*the fox yawned* they noticed you already you might as well stop hiding Alex *she jogged forward silently moving through the shadows out into the open. A part of her hoped the girl would follow, but she knew it wasn’t likely. At least not right away. She sat down watching the people* They seem fine Alex. Really no one cares, no one but you

*She shoved her hands into pockets glaring after the fox* I care. good enough I don’t care they noticed me. They didn’t see me. I will not be seen in light again *She had been rather self conscious about herself before, the accident after the accident it became an obsession. She wouldn’t let people see her, she felt so self conscious about herself. It was almost depressing*
